प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने दुनिया की सबसे लंबी सुरंग अटल टनल का किया उद्घाटन भारत के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शनिवार को दुनिया की सबसे लंबी और 10000 फीट की ऊंचाई पर बनी सुरंग अटल टनल का उद्धघाटन किया यह सुरंग हिमाचल प्रदेश के रोहतांग में है प्रधानमंत्री शनिवार को हिमाचल प्रदेश के दौरे पर थे और उन्होंने अटल टनल का उद्घाटन भी किया बता दें कि यह सुरंग मनाली को लेह मार्ग से जोड़ती है और इसकी कुल लंबाई 9.02 किलोमीटर है इस टनल की ऊंचाई 10000 फीट है अटल टनल सुरंग दुनिया की सबसे लंबी हाईवे सुरंग है इस सुरंग को बनाने में करीब 10 साल लगे और इस सुरंग को बनाने में 3300 करोड रुपए का खर्चा आया है इस सुरंग से सैनिकों की भी सहायता होगी और देश की रक्षा सुरक्षा में सुरंग काफी अहम किरदार निभाएगी क्योंकि इस सुरंग को एक घोड़े की नाल की तरह डिजाइन किया गया है इस सुरंग में हर 150 मीटर की दूरी पर टेलीफोन और 60 मीटर की दूरी पर वाटर हाइड्रेंटकी सुविधा है हर 500 मीटर की दूरी पर इससे निकलने के लिए आपातकालीन द्वार(emergency exit) सुविधा भी है यह सुरंग एक पहाड़ को बेधकर बनाई गई है इस टनल को सुरक्षा की दृष्टिकोण के लिए भी उपयोग किया जाएगा क्योंकि यह लेह और मनाली के 46 किलोमीटर की दूरी को कम करेगी इस टनल की सहायता से लद्दाख में तैनात सैनिकों से संपर्क लगातार बना रहेगा यह टनल सीसीटीवी कैमरासे लैस है और यहां साल भर 24 घंटे खुला रहता है यहां हर मौसम में कारगर साबित होगा
